Mr An graduated from China Pharmaceutical University where he majored in drug analysis. He is extremely experienced in the drug testing field.
From 2002 to 2007, he worked in China Pharmaceutical and Biological Products office. During this time, he was responsible for reviewing a variety of pharmaceutical quality standards and testing samples. In addition, he completed independent research and development of national first class drugs and its lyophilized agent. He also participated in the drafting and reviewing of a variety of national pharmacopoeia.
In 2007-2014, as head of R&D Drug Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, he organised and participated in the research and development of several new drugs and their generic equivalents.
Before joining Shimao he served as the general manager of Mick Mafa (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., and organised numerous biomedical laboratories and the R&D team. He also led the team to complete the construction, assessment, research and development of several new drugs and generic drugs programs. He has established an exemplary cooperate relationship with a number of leading pharmaceutical companies and domestic institutions.
